Introduction to the Gustave Universe

The central theme of this universe is the Gustave Station, a huge space station proposed and built by Vladamir Gustave some eighty years or so before the first novel, The Gustave Station. This station differs from most starships in that it is capable of making Earth-type planets, rather than searching for Earth-like planets to colonies.

The Gustave Station was in orbit around Earth for about eighty years, more or less. In The Gustave Station the station had suffered from neglect for many years. It was finished twenty years before, but the government wouldn't fund the flight so the station was allowed to deteriorate.

Written Novels

These have been written, and are seeking a publisher.
  • The first novel introduces the station. The novel starts with a disaster. The Earth is threatened by a huge asteroid. While smaller than the one that killed the dinosaurs, it is big enough to kill most of the life on Earth. Destroying the Gustave Station is the only way to save the Earth.

It is assumed that the Gustave Station is destroyed. However, it wasn't. This left Paul Hunter and a small group of women stranded on the station. This follows the story of the group on the Gustave Station, as well as the some of the people on the Earth who were left behind.
